In this work we found loses up to 35% of the Palm Oil seed, manually polinizated, without contact with the soil. This showed for the first time that P. nucleorum can also attacks fruits in the infructescence. We then recommend chemical control of P. nucleorum immediately after the take off of the sac that protects the infructescence.
