Callus production varied with balance of growth regulators.

The effects of the MH5 brassinosteroid analogue and different concentrations of kinetin on the fresh and dry matter production in callus of Coffea canephora var. Robusta formed from foliar explants were investigated. Concentrations of 2, 1, 0.5 and 0.2 mg L-1 kinetin and 0.1, 0.05 and 0.01 mg L-1 MH5 were compared.
