All clones were self-incompatible. They could be separated into three phenotypic groups for cross-incompatibility according to the results of the inter-crosses. This suggests the presence of at least three alleles for incompatibility with sequential dominance. The progenies of the cross PA 150 x SIC 802 segregated in the ratio of one compatible to one incompatible, indicating that PA 150 should possess one compatible allele
